OVERVIEW
Collaboration
Architect: Fender Katsalidis Architects
Builder: Crema Constructions
Precaster: Bianco Precast
Developer: Gurner
Material & Application
We customised a natural looking off-white concrete stain to meet the design requirements. The ECOTONE Minsil was applied at the factory to transform the contoured grey precast upstand elements to a uniform off white appearance.
Outcome
The ECOTONE coated precast elements, once installed onsite, became part of a striking façade of the Saint Moritz luxury mid-rise development situated on the famous St Kilda Beach.
Testimonial
The design of the buildings is driven by a desire to create absolute visual connectivity with the elements of nature and the everchanging state of the bay, whilst providing a serene interior environment for the residents.
