Application
Intuspan is generally used to provide Vertical and Horizontal fire-rated linear gap seals of infinite length which are required to accommodate a wide range of movement:
- Head of wall Horizontal Expansion/Control Joint. To meet the requirements of NCC C2.7 Pt C - Compression Dry Fit.
- Body of wall Vertical Expansion/Control Joint - Compression Dry Fit.
- Floor Slab Expansion/Control Joint - Compression and glue fit with TBA Firefly™ Intumastic Brush Grade.
- Used to extend the Floor Slab Compartmentation FRL out to the perimeter of the Building (Slab Edge to back of Non Fire Resistant External Cladding) - Compression and glue fit with TBA Firefly™ Intumastic Brush Grade + Mechanical Fix Required.
