Application
Suitable for low movement interior joints requiring a fire rating of up to 4 hours in:
- Tilt up, high rise and low rise construction.
- Precast and in situ concrete.
- Service penetrations (metal pipes) through walls.
- Window and door frame perimeters.
- Compartment walls and basements.
Not suitable for use in water-ponded or submerged applications.
Description
Flamex One is a fire-rated, non-slump acrylic joint sealant suitable for low movement interior applications. It has a waterborne formulation, allowing it to form a smooth skin quickly. Some of its features include:
- Waterborne formulation.
- Slump resistance.
- Can accommodate up to ±10% structural movement.
- Permanently flexible and paintable.
- 4 hour fire rating.
