Non-shrink, high resistance fluid mortar.
Application
Suitable for fillings, anchorages, and structural repairs, such as:
- Anchoring of pillars in concrete prefabricated structures.
- Filling of steel column bases.
- Beam support in bridges.
- Anchoring of bolts, cables, etc.
- Filling of machinery foundation between concrete and steel plates.
- Structural repair and strengthening of damaged or weak concrete structures such as foundations, beams, pillars, etc.
- Repairing joints in pavements.
- Void-filling corrective process and consolidation under concrete slabs.
Description
MAXGROUT® is a one-component, non-shrink, waterproof mortar formulated from special cement and well-graded mineral products that provide high mechanical properties and fluidity. It comes in powder form, and contains no chlorides nor metal particles. Features and advantages include:
- High early and ultimate strength.
- Waterproof, fireproof, non-corrosive and non-toxic.
- Non-shrink and slightly expansive (does not lose contact with the substrate where is placed).
- Resistant to water, oil, and grease.
- Unaffected by extreme temperatures once set.
- Very good adhesion on surfaces – becomes a structural part of the substrate and withstands repeated loads.
