Application

Suitable for concrete surfaces without blow holes or voids. Any such defect should be treated using the appropriate Intercrete products prior to the application of Polibrid 705E.

Coating application:

1st coat: Intercure 200HS. DFT: 125 microns.
2nd coat: Polibrid 105E. DFT: 2000 microns.

Description

Polibrid® 705E is a high build elastomeric urethane waterproofing system designed with flexibility and fast setting properties. Some of its features include:

Corrosion protection for concrete in chemical, abrasion and high impact applications.
Capable of withstanding shrinkage cracks.
Can be applied at any thickness for ultimate protection in corrosive environments.
Can be embedded with geotextile fabrics to achieve reinforced geomembrane linings.
Fast setting, odourless and VOC-free mixture.

Preparation	All surfaces to be prepared in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.
Primer coats	Intercure 200HS. DFT: 125 microns. Manufacturer guidance Apply as full coat.
Finishing coats	Polibrid 705E. DFT: 2000 microns. Manufacturer guidance Apply as full coat.
Execution	Applied in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.

Surface material	Concrete should be free from defects such as blow holes and voids. Any such defect should be treated using the appropriate Intercrete products prior to the application of Polibrid 705E. Surface preparation should be done in accordance with ICRI Technical Guidelines, CSP-4 to CSP-6. Refer to International Protective Coatings for full surface preparation requirements prior to commencement of work.
