Proprietary Timber screen system, with customisable batten size, length and spacing options, pre-indexed with minimal fixings to create feature free-standing screens and barrier infills.
Internal and external applications.
They can be used for a range of applications such as:
Click-on Screens are excellent as balustrade infills, fulfilling the need to make barrier systems beautiful.
The detailed design and strong engineering allows for large batten spans between fixings which can also be invisible for a 360-degree clean, unhindered design.
They’ve been engineered to meet high load requirements and comply with C3 and C5 balustrade infill ratings according to AS1170.1.

Batten size | 30 x 60 mm. Guidance for specification option: 30 mm, 50 mm and 80 mm spacing options. 30 x 80 mm. Guidance for specification option: 50 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm spacing options. 30 x 130 mm. Guidance for specification option: 80 mm, 100 mm and 130 mm spacing options. |
Batten centres (maximum) | 1.5 m - Spotted gum. Guidance for specification option: Interior and Exterior. For exteriors, site specific engineering loads have not been considered such as wind or barrier loads. Recommended to consult structural engineer for confirmation. 3 m - Australian ash. Guidance for specification option: Interior only. 1.5 m - American oak. Guidance for specification option: Interior only. |
Gap | 25 mm minimum space. Manufacturer guidanceIf screen is forming a barrier, the maximum gap is 120 mm according to the 1170 Australian Standard. |
MountingType | Back mounted configuration. End mounted configuration. Combination back/ end. |
Fixing clips | Back mount fixed. Guidance for specification option: Back when using the Back Mount Method a 20 mm clear gap is required above or below the batten to enable installation and removal of the battens. Back mount float. Guidance for specification option: Back Mount Floating clip is only designed to take up to ± 5 mm for installation and thermal movement. Not suitable for building movement. All mounting tracks to be fixed to a continuous frame that eliminates building movement. If screen is a slab to slab application, or building movement is expected, refer to the End Mount floating clip. End mount fixed. End mount float. Guidance for specification option: The End Mount floating clip can take up to ± 25 mm of Building movement if installed with a 25 mm gap under the batten. |
Track | Split track - 45 w x 25 d (mm). Guidance for specification option: Used in straight applications for both back mount and end mount. Designed to span up to 1200 mm between balustrade posts. Track has pull out adjustment from 25-35 mm, to allow onsite packing. Slim Track - 45 w x 5 d (mm). Guidance for specification option: Default end mount track, designed to be slim to the floor and ceiling. Used for back mount curves down to a 600 mm Radius. Fixing of this track must be through the centre of the clip casting. Direct fix. Guidance for specification option: Where no track is desired for both back mount and end mount. Complex site specific spacing. Sculptform does not take responsibility for the clip to substrate connection. Screw not supplied by Sculptform. Suitable fixing needs to be considered by the installer. M5 or 10 g countersunk screw is most suitable. Manufacturer guidanceMounting track type. |
