Diamond Rib profile in a 36” exposure, manufactured to your specified length. Panels come in your choice of 24 or 26 gauge galvanized, galvalume and prepainted steel.
Fast and easy to install, Diamond Rib metal panels use exposed fasteners, which in turn lowers the cost of installation. If installing Diamond Rib panels to a roof deck, it is recommended to apply over a solid substrate with an ice and water shield (high temperature) underlayment or a synthetic underlayment for additional condensation protection. Roof pitch must meet a minimum of 3/12 or greater. Check with the manufacture’s underlayment specifications to ensure its compatibility with metal prior to installation.
Highly attractive Diamond Rib panels have a unique design formed with ¾” high ribs 6” on center. Used for roofing and cladding purposes, panels can be installed on walls or roofs, and in interior or exterior applications. To fit the look you are trying to achieve, Diamond Rib Metal Roofing and Cladding panels can be installed with ribs facing upwards, or as a Reverse Diamond Rib with ribs facing downwards. Extremely popular for use on agricultural, industrial, or commercial buildings, Diamond Rib Roofing panels can also create a unique industrial feel to residential structures. Its appealing ridge formation is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also what gives it strength and rigidity.
