Isolation washers made from Fabreeka, Fabcel or DIMFAB material, along with Fabreeka bushings, are used to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and break the vibration or shock transmission path.
For example, engineers count on Fabreeka washers and Fabcel washers placed between a machine base and an anchor bolt. These effective Fabreeka products for isolation can be manufactured to your outside and inside diameter and thickness requirements.
Isolation washers and bushings are typically used in conjunction with Fabreeka pads or Fabcel pads where the reduction of impact shock or isolation of transmitted vibration is required.

FAQS
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are available as shown on Fabreeka’s isolation washer specification sheet. Custom sized washers are available upon request.
What are the manufacturing tolerances of the OD/ID?
Standard OD/ID tolerances for washers made of Fabreeka pad material are +/- 1/16″. Tighter tolerances may be possible. Please contact Fabreeka’s Engineering department at 1-800-322-7352 or info@fabreeka.com to discuss the tolerances for your application, or for material tolerances other than Fabreeka pad.
Do I use the standard fastener torque for the hardware size I am using with my isolation washers?
No, Please use Fabreeka’s published torque specification when using Fabreeka material for isolation washers.
When using Fabcel or other materials for isolation washers, please consult Fabreeka’s Engineering department at 1-800-322-7352 or info@fabreeka.com for proper torque information.
