OVERVIEW
Forty Bank Street is a testament to London’s dynamic business landscape in Canary Wharf. With it's soaring height of 153 metres, it stands as a beacon of modernity and functionality. Surrounded by thriving global corporations, the building sits perfectly in the vibrant business community. The building is set to provide 56,000 square meters of Grade A office space. Being located in Canary Wharf, 40 Bank Street has excellent transport links including the Jubilee Line, DLR, and Elizabeth Line which are only a short walk away.
Challenge
In 2020, Canary Wharf Group undertook a refurbishment of 40 Bank Street’s reception and lobby. The client had concerns regarding unauthorised access into certain areas of the building while still offering a seamless journey experience for users. As well as this, the client wanted to ensure measures put in place wouldn’t compromise the overall aesthetics of the refurbished reception and lobby.
