Louisa Ryland House, Birmingham

OVERVIEW

Louisa Ryland House is a modern, attractive office space in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District. It has various facilities for work and leisure and is easily accessible by public transport. It is also historically significant, named after a 19th-century philanthropist who donated to the city. Recently, it went under a multi-million pound refurbishment to open 26,000 square feet of office space.

Challenge

With various excellent amenities arriving with Louisa Ryland House’s refurbishment, especially those that encourage the space to be used for the wider public, such as event and conference areas, the client needed a solution to prevent unauthorised access.
