OVERVIEW

Cambridge Terrace is a row of Grade 1 Listed Regency homes, designed in the early 19th century by John Nash, the architect of Buckingham Palace. The developer aims to convert the properties into a “super mansion” complete with a large underground leisure complex comprising of a pool, bar, cinema, jacuzzi and a car lift from street level to the basement car park. When completed, the new development is expected to be worth £200 million.
