Single Ply Warm Roof Waterproofing on Residential block of flats.
OVERVIEW
The waterproofing to a large residential flatted development in London was carried out using the Koster TPO membrane.
This warm roof design incorporated the Koster TPO Fleecebacked membrane mechanically fixed through PIR insulation, Koster Vapour Barrier and into the timber substructure as per the wind load calculation.
An interesting project with many challenges that were all individually designed by the Koster technical team in collaboration with the project architects.
The final roof incorporates hard standing areas, sedum and green roof sections, a solar panel farm and decorative stones.
A beautifully deigned and usable area providing residents an amazing view over London.
