Balcarras School, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

OVERVIEW

After previously installing a covered walkway at the school several years ago Balcarras again turned to Broxap to provide an outdoor dining shelter.

Positioned between two existing buildings the area identified for the outdoor dining canopy was quite restricted so Broxap suggested utilising one of their Cambridge Cantilever shelters.

This was situated between the two existing buildings and is 20000mm in length and 9000mm wide by 4500mm high at the eaves.

The shelter has a 16mm structured Multiwall Polycarbonate Opal coloured to the sides with the centre in 5mm clear Polycarbonate PETg UV.

The shelter has guttering that runs the length of the shelter and disperses away at ground level via downpipes at the columns.
