SUSHISAMBA Riyadh, located in the King Abdullah Financial District, spans 16,750 sqft across two levels, blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences into a vibrant dining experience. The project, a collaboration between Bluehaus, CetraRuddy, and PMKConsult, seamlessly merges global design with local cultural nuances.

Bluehaus delivered full architectural, interior, and MEP services, managing everything from design specifications to back-of-house areas. Their use of BIM technology ensured efficient collaboration among stakeholders, enabling smooth coordination of intricate design details.

Unique features include a mezzanine-level private dining area, open kitchen, and custom elements such as the signature orange tree. The space combines modern aesthetics with regional influences, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s heritage while adhering to SUSHISAMBA’s global standards.
