OVERVIEW
Ruskin Square is an initiative to revamp a section of land between East Croydon railway station and the established town centre of Croydon in South London. This project is a part of the broader Croydon Vision 2020 rejuvenation plan.
Croydon, recognised as the primary office district in South London, underwent significant reconstruction in the 1960s. However, a considerable portion of the office buildings constructed during that period now appear outdated, and the area appears to be run down.
Croydon is already one of the UK's largest commercial hubs. The completion of Ruskin Square will take the area to a whole new level, with up to 1.25m sq ft of office space alongside up to 625 residential units, 100,000 sq ft of retail, cafes and restaurants and vibrant and attractive public spaces.
Following the successful completion of Building 1 in 2016, we are pleased to announce that the Bike Storage Company has been contracted to consult on the bike storage solutions for Building 2, which was completed in 2023.
