Designed by Gatis Didrihsons and developed by SIA DOMUSS, this Class A energy-certified building blends sustainability with modern design. Approximately 50 m³ of Accoya timber, coated with a light Teknos finish by TC Grupa, ensures durability, stability, and resistance to cupping, distortion, and rot—perfect for this innovative workspace.
