Brentwood Waterside

Brentwood Waterside, also known as The Brentford Project, spans across 11.8 acres in Brentford. The project will establish a new revitalised town centre, and deliver 876 homes alongside retail, leisure, cultural and community spaces.

The mixed-use development thoughtfully balances modern urban living with heritage preservation. Approximately 14,000 square meters of retail, leisure, and commercial space complement dedicated fitness facilities, while carefully preserved historic buildings and pathways maintain the area's distinctive character. The architectural vision comes from a collaboration of award-winning firms: Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Stirling Prize-recognized Glenn Howells Architects, and Maccreanor Lavington.

What distinguishes the development is its holistic approach to community design. Strategic waterfront access, abundant green spaces, and interconnected pedestrian networks promote active lifestyles and social engagement, transforming the historic West London district into a model for contemporary urban regeneration.

CFS partnered with Lee Marley to provide specialised structural support through our Windpost systems. Manufactured from Austenitic Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance, Windposts stabilise large wall panels and reinforce areas around openings. Our Windposts deliver enhanced structural integrity by minimising deflection while ensuring walls maintain proper alignment. This technology enables architectural freedom for taller and longer wall designs without compromising safety, even in high-wind environments.
