David Wilson Homes North West (DWH) are building homes, apartments and a business park on this derelict land in Kew over the next 10 years.

This technically challenging site required remediating and decontaminating the land in advance of construction. ITP’s innovative engineered barrier membrane will prevent the ingress of volatileorganic compounds (VOCs) and harmful gases into the new constructions. A total of 45,000 square

metres have been supplied to the project.
