Developed by Ghelamco, a prominent family-run European real estate group, The Arc London is a collaboration of some of the world’s most acclaimed architects and London’s leading interior design experts.
Due to the nature of the space, the Arc’s design prioritises both aesthetics and safety. Something we were pleased to accommodate with our doors.
To meet the project's diverse requirements, we provided an range of doors with varying specifications and styles. Starting with the striking designed lobby area, out team supplied 3 fire-rated doors that seamlessly blend with the space’s distinctive style. Appearance was an essential element, but with the sleek finish on our doors, we were able to fulfill the needs of the client thanks to our 150 RAL colour range.
A selection of Strongdor’s steel doors can also be found in the basement of the property, where safety is of utmost importance for bins and bike stores. Protecting valuable assets of users and residents was vital and utilising our stackable, we provided doors which suited the need for peace of mind.
These fire-rated steel door-sets, enhanced with additional PAS 24 security ratings, provide strong reinforcement for crucial maintenance areas, ensuring the building's overall safety and security.
One of the most remarkable features of The Arc is its rooftop bronze fire-rated exit door. This door is not only functional but also designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding walls, achieving a sleek look that enhances the building's modern aesthetic.
