Product and services applications
Customer needs
Johnson Controls has a dedicated on-site team of four full-time on-site engineers, as well as providing Global Switch
with a full-time contract manager, who liaises with on-site
teams and management, as well as working closely with
the Johnson Controls administration team. This enables
seamless levels of service across the contract. When Johnson Controls took over the contract at Global Switch, the client had expressed concerns over the quality
of service which they had previously enjoyed.
Johnson Controls solution
With the introduction of monthly KPI-related meetings on-site, and a consistent and honest approach to our work,
Johnson Controls has managed to turned around this key
customer relationship gaining customer praise for the approach taken and service levels delivered. By delivering a full schedule of PPM across the centres the service provided has become a predictable and routine
facet of the centre’s operations.
