Longcross Data Centre

OVERVIEW

This Data Centre project has recently been completed by Viritopia and Sweet Projects using the Top Hat and Sandwich Panel system. At 700 sqm, this living wall is giving so much to the surround area - which was exactly its purpose. Being a data centre, there are sustainability challenges. Data Centres are very high in energy consumption and heat emissions, and they also take up a lot of valuable landscape which could be filled with nature - hence living walls are the perfect solution as it is vertical green infrastructure.

The living wall will receive on-going maintenance from Viritopia to ensure longevity on this living wall.
