Manufacturing Facility Heating- Manchester

Overview

Powrmatic was selected to supply a manufacturing facility heating system in a new 60,000sq.ft building in Manchester which was expertly installed by our trusted and long-standing engineers at Swiftheat Gas Services Limited. Four LX60 heaters, one LX90, and eight CECx4500 destratification fans were installed into the facility.

Project Background

System 3 Limited, a leading manufacturer of high-specification insulating glazing sealed units and toughened-laminated glass, was expanding production into new premises. They needed a reliable and efficient heating solution for their newly refurbished premises. Swiftheat was recommended by Powrmatic, a family-run business with a reputation for providing commercial heating solutions and industrial heating installation.

Solution

Swiftheat Gas Services Ltd provided a complete installation of the heating system for System 3’s new premises. The installation consisted of 5 ErP-compliant suspended LX60 and LX90 warm air gas heaters and eight CECx destratification fans to assist with air circulation. The building size was 60,000sq.ft, and the entire project required an 88.9mm stainless steel gas line.
