Cemfloor Therm

The Jacobean-style property, built between 1828 and 1831 and designed by renowned architect Anthony Salvin, is being turned into homes set in 10 acres of private parkland overlooking the River Ouse.

Originally commissioned for the High Sheriff of Yorkshire, the family still owned the estate into the 20th century.

The first completed phase of the stately home's renovation is seven homes and apartments.

Cemfloor Therm was the product of choice for this project thanks to its many benefits;

  • Reduced drying time compared to other screeds
  • Cement based screed that is compatible with all cement based adhesives; including fast track systems
  • Easy Installation which reduced time and costs
  • Foot traffic allowed after 24/48 hours which meant other aspects of the project could continue
