Ninety One minimises environmental impact by reusing TopBrewer assets in new BREEAM London office

Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management) has enjoyed a first-class office coffee experience since 2017 when it installed 7 TopBrewer coffee machines for its employees. When it de-merged from Investec Group and moved to a new office space, Ninety One chose to migrate its existing TopBrewer coffee machines in an environmental initiative to repurpose existing assets.

To support increased footfall, NinetyOne installed an additional 5 TopBrewers and 6 TopWaters to ensure its whole workforce could continue to enjoy premium, barista-quality beverages with touchless operation. The original and new machines have exactly the same form and functionality – and still look just as new! This is because each TopBrewer is regularly upgraded ‘over the air’ to future-proof the asset, making it a highly sustainable investment that doesn’t depreciate over time.
