OVERVIEW
A heating system upgrade programme at an age exclusive housing development at Rectory Close in Grantham, Lincs, is using aluminium boxing from the Pendock Profiles range to conceal pipework runs that feed into each flat. Originally built in 1968, Rectory Close provides 16, one-bedroom flats, operated by social landlords South Kesteven District Council.
The Pendock metal pipe boxing is bespoke manufactured from 2mm thick aluminium to ensure it fully conceals the vertical and horizontal pipework used as part of the heating upgrade. Incorporating a PPC RAL 9005 black finish, the boxing not only conceals the pipework, but also protects it from damage.
