Stiebel Eltron installs DHB-E convenience (3 phase) instantaneous water heaters and CON Premium heaters to new luxury development in Enfield.

New River View, developed by housebuilders Dandara in the sought-after area of Winchmore Hill, comprises 91 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The development, which is based at the site of the former HMRC building Capitol House, is designed to provide residents with all the benefits of inner-city living whilst also maintaining the feel of the historic village.

Due to the high SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) score required by the local authority and the

specification of the apartments, Dandara required a heating and hot water solution that had a maximum energy efficiency rating and was quick and easy to install.

By opting for Stiebel Eltron’s DHB-E range of convenience instantaneous water heaters, the developer was able to achieve its SAP target without loss of performance, while also saving space and delivering a higher rental income for landlords.

These appliances, which are capable of suppling all the hot water required by the apartments, boast PROF-RAPID technology for quick installation – and, at just 46.5x22.5x11.6 cm, are incredibly

compact when compared to other solutions.

The electronic output control also uses 3i technology

for maximum energy efficiency and accurate temperature delivery.

As a result of the products specifications being able to meet Dandara’s requirements, 83 apartments were fixed with Stiebel Eltron’s DHB-E 400V instantaneous water heaters.

Meanwhile, room heating was supplied by Stiebel Eltron’s luxury CON Premium electric panel heater range, which offers stylish, slimline and efficient warmth, with the advantage of advanced energy-saving controls.

Combined, these systems ensure the New River View development meets Building Regulations and SAP ratings, while reducing the developers’ reliance on fossil fuels.
