Description

A1 fire-rated non-combustible thermal and acoustic natural stone mineral wool insulation for internal and external of applications.

Rainclad:

High performance insulation suitable for non-ventilated external cladding applications at any height including buildings over 18 m.

Rainclad is a non-combustible cladding insulation designed and developed by our highly experienced engineers for best performance for all external cladding applications.

It is suitable for ventilated external cladding applications at any height.

With significant thermal and acoustic performance, the heat and cold loss through the wall are significantly reduced.

With the factory-applied water repelling agent, Rainclad prevents water ingress during construction and can be left exposed whilst awaiting final cladding solutions.

ADVANTAGES

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • Suitable for buildings over 18 m
  • Maximum versatility that allows you to create the façade you desire
  • High thermal and acoustic performance
  • The breathable open-cell structure of Rainclad allows water vapour to pass through
  • Factory-applied water-repellent agents work to prevent water ingress during construction
  • Specifically designed balance density of Terrawool Rainclad reduces the number of fixings
  • Can easily be fitted around the brackets and provides a continuous thermal performance with the help of random fibre orientation
  • External application

Wallclad / Wallclad Plus:

High performance rigid insulation suitable for use with render or ventilated or non-ventilated cladding applications at any height. The factory-applied water-repelling agent prevents water ingress during construction.

Features and benefits:

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • Suitable for render applications over 18 m
  • Maximum versatility that allows you to create the façade you desire
  • High thermal and acoustic performance
  • The breathable open-cell structure of Wallclad allows water vapour to pass through
  • Factory-applied water-repellent agents work to prevent water ingress during construction
  • Specifically designed balance density of Wallclad reduces the number of fixings
  • Can easily be fitted around the brackets and provides a continuous thermal performance with the help of random fibre orientation
  • External application

Dimclad:

High performance non-combustible insulation with black tissue facing for open joint cladding systems and shadow gaps at any height.

Specifically engineered to promote fire safety and overall high performance. Along with being compatible with a number of different cladding attachment systems, it provides extra wind and UV protection for optimal efficiency on high-rise buildings.

For open-joint cladding systems, is especially suited due to its black mineral fibre facing which delivers UV stability in the long term increasing its thermal performance.

Features and benefits:

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • Suitable for buildings over 18 m.
  • Versatile.
  • Breathable open-cell structure of allows water vapour to pass through.
  • Factory-applied water-repellent fibres work to prevent water ingress during construction.
  • Specifically designed balance density reduces the number of fixing.
  • Can easily be fitted around the brackets and provides a continuous thermal performance with the help of random fibre orientation.

Soffit Slab:

Suitable for use with concrete soffits where a thermal, fire or acoustic performance is required. Available with a plain, foil or tissue facing which can provide up to four hours' fire protection to the underside of concrete soffits.

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • Tested to BS EN 1363-1
  • Thermal conductivity (K-value) of 0.034 W/mK
  • Thermal resistance of 3.82–4.70 m²K/W, depending on thickness required
  • Chemically inert and compatible with most materials with which they are likely to come into contact in normal building applications

Terrafloor:

Terrafloor range is a tissue-faced, high compressive insulation slab made from mineral stone wool with thermal and acoustic properties. Thermal Terrafloor is suitable for ground floors to provide thermal comfort and heat conservation in dwellings, whereas Acoustic Terrafloor is designed to absorb impact noise in separating floors.

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • Tested to BS EN 1363-1
  • Offers fire protection to all common floor applications
  • Range of thicknesses
  • High tensile and compressive strength

Frameclad:

Terrawool Frameclad is specially designed for a variety of applications such as lofts, roofs, SFS systems and inner face of external walls.

Frameclad can be applied to any kind of frame structure such as timber frame and aluminium studs. It allows you to have a proper acoustic and thermal insulation. The shrinking from the timber frames or aluminium studs will not effect installation therefore you can easily place the slabs in position and it will fit the space perfectly.

  • Non-combustible Euro class A1 rating
  • High thermal and acoustic performance
  • The breathable open-cell structure of Frameclad allows water vapour to pass through
  • Specifically designed balance density of Frameclad reduces the number of fixings
  • Can easily be fitted between the steel and timber studs and provides a continuous thermal performance with the help of random fibre orientation
  • Internal application
