Designed and manufactured to each individual customers requirements, the W20 series is an extremely versatile steel door section allowing bespoke design and customization for use on modern, traditional and historic buildings alike.

Features and benefits:

• Manufactured to exceed BS 6510:2010, the specification for steel framed glazed doors.
• Frames are protected from corrosion by being either galvanized or hot zinc sprayed to EN ISO 1461 or EN ISO 14713 (maximum thickness 250 microns).
• Polyester powder-coated to BS EN 13438:2013 from the RAL colour range or other specialist finishes (minimum paint thickness of 60 microns).
• The material originates from 98% recycled steel and is hot rolled in Switzerland using a patented process to ensure the sections arrive with precision accuracy. 
• Thermal and security performances are backed up by BRFC and PAS 24 certification.
