Certified flexible high-performance door, opening in vertical direction, certified for the use in cleanrooms. Compliant to the national norms and regulations in cleanroom applications according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and GMP.
Features and benefits:
- PVC door curtain with vertical reinforcement stripes.
- Self-supporting side frames made of stainless steel.
- Safety devices: Electrical safety contact edge, doorline photocell integrated in the side frames, pre-running photocell, drop down protection in the drive unit, automatic egress by power failure (UPS).
- Certified according to ISO 5 and GMP class C.
- Opening speed: 2.0 m/s; closing speed: 1.0 m/s.
- Well suited to cleanroom isolation in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Class 5.
- Provides high air-tightness and keeps the pressure drop through the closed door at a minimum.
- Fast opening and closing ensures very low air loss and minimize air exchange, which results in a low filter burden and increased cleanroom cost-effectiveness.
