Description
A fire-rated terrace substructure for exterior paving systems.
Seamless connection between adjustable pedestal, aluminium rail and paving headpiece to ensure heavy duty substructure and weight tolerance.
Minimum build-up 47 mm (excluding paving slab / porcelain tile).
Features and benefits:
- Heavy duty steel adjustable pedestals with exterior grade coating capable of loads exceeding 5 tonnes each.
- Rails are Class A rated (EN 13501-1:2018) and fully compliant with BS 8579.
- Specially profiled bearer rails/ joists click onto Metalpad and MetalPad EX pedestals.
- I Plus & Box aluminium rails click onto pedestals securely without need to screw fixings.
- Fully integrated substructure system for seamless connection.
- Greater spans between pedestals possible.
- Joists “tie together” pedestals, giving more lateral strength to frame.
- Fast and simple to install.
- All fixings and connectors provided.
- Wide range of designs and sizes available; height and shape variations easily created.
- Weight bearing and extremely stable.
