Description
A two-leaf horizontally opening roof access hatch, measuring 1200 x 3000 mm. The 3° inclined 400–550 mm high upstand height, and the 5° surface inclination ensures excellent natural water and dirt drainage. The motorized opening roof access hatch benefits from enhanced isothermal characteristics in the overall construction – this results in no condensation whilst achieving maximum energy efficiency and thermal insulation alongside excellent air tightness values.

- Thermally broken "isothermally balanced" frame free of thermal bridges, combined with triple glazing as standard to save heating costs and minimize condensation.
- 3° inclination to allow water and dirt to run off naturally.
- Dual opening by a built-in rack drive creating comfortable access to the roof.
- Delivered as fully pre-assembled roof access hatch, which can be crane lifted (not by LAMILUX) into position, for quick and easy installation on site.
