Steel riser door offering a two hour fire rating as a single or double door and acoustic rated. It is a metal door with a picture frame.
Features and benefits:
- Fire rated to 120 minutes as standard for integrity up to 2400 x 1800 mm in a wall application (double door).
- Access doors can be locked in place via a three point locking system.
- Acoustic rating to 36dB can be specified in accordance with BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010 (2 hour's fire rated as standard up to 2400 x 900 mm as a single door and 2400 x 1800 as a double door).
- Manufactured from Zintec steel with a 1.2 mm thick door and a 1.5 mm thick frame.
- Panel door is hinged by a fast fit hinge system which saves time on fitting compared to a full piano hinge system.
- Simple to install.
- Allows easy access.
- Tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1: 2008 and BS EN 1363-1: 1999.
- Acoustic panels are smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004.
