Description

Cement replacement for cementitious levelling screeds to reduce drying time and enable early application of moisture sensitive floor finishes.


Features and benefits:

  • Enables early application of floor coverings - floor tiles after three hours and resilient flooring after 24 hours.
  • Enhances early strength gain, enabling earlier trafficking.
  • For bonded, unbonded and floating screeds.
  • Compatible with underfloor heating systems.
  • Multiple mix designs available for economy.

Application (bonded screed):

  • From 15 mm to 50 mm thickness. Thicker screeds to be laid in layers of equal thickness, wet on wet.
  • Slurry bonding primer comprising RonaScreed Rapid : RonaScreed Primer : water (2:1:1 by volume).

Application (unbonded screed):

  • From 50 mm thickness laid onto a suitable slip membrane.

Application (floating screed):

  • From 65 mm thickness for residential use and 75 mm minimum thickness for all other uses.
