IKO Permascreed LI quick-drying screed is a next-generation screeding solution that combines fast-drying performance with up to 38% lower embodied carbon, making it the smart, sustainable choice for flat roofs and walkways. IKO Permascreed LI can be installed in multiple layers to create drainage falls, level out uneven substrates, and provide a stable base for the specified roof waterproofing and deck surfacing systems. It is suitable for new build and refurbishment projects. Our mastic asphalt screed provides a speedy alternative to traditional concrete screeds. It is manufactured from selected bitumen, limestone filler, and specially graded aggregates.
