Application
Rocksilk® Flat Roof Slabs are used for the thermal insulation of flat roofs. Rocksilk® Flat Roof Slabs are suitable for use under all kinds of single ply membrane, hot applied bitumen systems and mastic asphalt and are suitable for maintenance foot traffic only. Rocksilk® Flat Roof Slabs are suitable for use as an upstand board in warm roof applications when installed with the fixings and waterproof layer as detailed by the membrane manufacturer

Knauf Insulation Rocksilk® Flat Roof Slab Extra is a rock mineral wool insulation slab with the highest mechanical performance in the range, developed for flat roof insulation in mechanically-fixed applications onto all types of roof deck. It is non-combustible with the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification, and is manufactured using Knauf Insulation's Krimpact® Technology.
