Application

Natural ventilator both day-to-day and smoke ventilation; designed

to be installed into glazing systems or other types of wall systems, vertical installation only.

Description

Thermally-broken natural ventilator, available in a wide range of sizes, flap options and control options. it is particularly suited for installation into glazing systems in an unobtrusive way, and can provide both day-to-day and smoke ventilation.


Features and benefits:

  • Vertical installation only.
  • Tested in accordance with EN 12101-2 (2003) and is CE marked as a smoke and heat exhaust ventilator.
  • All principal components of the base and flap are manufactured from EN AW-6063 T6 aluminium alloy.
  • High aerodynamic, acoustic and thermal performance; high resistance to the effects of fire.
  • The frames of both the base and flap are thermally broken and has continuous inner and outer seals.
  • Flaps can house glass, polycarbonate or aluminium sandwich panels; in general any type of panel can be incorporated into the flap - the only restrictions are panel thickness and flap weight (maximum 100 kg).
  • Two flap profiles available (narrower 70 mm or wider 99 mm), depending on the required appearance and performance of the ventilator.
  • Easy to install: delivered fully assembled to site.
  • Durable: the frame is manufactured from tough, corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, with stainless steel fixings.
