Description
Heavy duty gate for front of stations, used extensively on the London Underground and network surface railway and for crowd control applications, with mid bars for extra strength.
Features and benefits:
- Tested to LPS 1175.
- Top hung gate with bottom guide.
- Box top track rolled from 2.5 mm thick pre-galvanized steel to form 57 mm wide x 75 mm deep section.
- Can be face or soffit fixed using a wide range of purpose made brackets.
- Lattices and mid bars made from hot rolled mild steel flat, 20 mm wide x 6 mm thick recessed single channel bottom track, 32 mm wide x 40 mm deep x 2.5 mm thick pre-galvanised steel, as standard.
- Special depth channels can be provided if required.
- Pickets can also be upgraded to 3.0 mm thick for further strength.
