Kensa offer a life time decommissioning service for this product. This is available on a return to base basis
(carriage at users cost).
Disposal of any antifreeze water mix should follow the disposal instructions as laid out on the COSH Safety Data Sheet in the Installation Manual.
This symbol on the product indicates that this product must not be disposed of with your other household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point for the recycling of waste electrical equipment. The separate collection and recycling of your waste
equipment at the time of disposal will help to conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment.

Returning products
Customers and stockists are reminded that under EC Health, Safety and Environment Law, when returning products to Kensa Heat Pumps they must provide information on any hazards and the precautions to be taken due to contamination residues or mechanical damage which may present a health, safety or
environmental risk. This information must be provided in writing including Health and Safety data sheets relating to any substances identified as hazardous or potentially hazardous.
