Description

Hardwick Timber Flush Casement Windows have a number of modern features implemented with the goal of maintaining the general proportions and sightlines wherever possible. The windows offer improved energy efficiency and robust construction while still appearing to be a traditionally styled product. They provide architects and specifiers working on most building projects with a reliable and functional solution, combining security, functionality, and modern design.

  • Double gasket around the entire sash delivers exceptional air-tightness. This is achieved without undermining the appearance of the window.
  • Fully concealed trickle ventilation through the head of the frame is invisible on the external face of the product, with the internal vent recessed to reduce its impact.
  • All traditional shapes and sizes are available including arched tops, curved tops, bay windows and coupled frames.
  • Full multi-point locking system on all products with night ventilation facility. Option to upgrade to Part Q compatibility with stabiliser plates and security keeps.
  • Key lockable espagnolette ironmongery is available in a range of heritage and contemporary styles and finishes.
  • Adjustable egress friction hinges allow sliding to centre for easy clean functionality. Having no visible hinges on the product when closed improves both security and appearance.
  • Dummy sashes included as standard to give a balanced look of non-opening parts of the window.
  • Available in double glazed with the ability to deliver U-values of below 1.2 W/m²K or triple glazing with the ability to deliver U-values of below 0.84 W/m²K.

Features and benefits:

  • U-values of below 1.2 W/m²K for double glazed.
  • U-values of below 0.84 W/m²K for triple glazed.
  • Class 4 air permeability.
  • Class 4 weather proofing.
  • Fully concealed trickle ventilation.
  • Double gaskets.
  • Exceeds Part Q Standards.
  • Part L Compliant.
  • PAS 24 compliant.

Guarantees:

  • 10 year no maintenance paint warranty.
