Ikon Tower is an ambitious residential project located in Valencia (Spain) and designed by Ricardo Bofill architect. Nowadays, is the tallest building in the city with a hundred meters. The building was designed thinking in its inhabitants. The common areas include a gym, a swimming pool with a solarium, a gourmet area, and a Mediterranean garden. Being a skyscraper, light management was another important part of Bofil’s work. The façade has big openness in which our Zi-Box roller shades replace the classic shutters. They are configured with a blackout fabric that provides visual, acoustic, and thermal comfort. Thanks to its Easy Zip guides, the Zi-Box system offers total concealment and privacy. 

The building, located in the center of the city of Monein , welcomes, every Monday, the market . Our motorized roller shades B -Box are positioned to complement the building by allowing an outdoor protected space for the market or other public events . The simple lines and the motorized system allows a respectful integration in this building classified as a historical monument . The project Veranda Sun consists in the installation of sun protection at the restaurant terrasse of the hotel “The lodge at the golden gate “ nestled at the northern end of the golden gate bridge in historic Fort Baker .The project is an example of collaborative development which results in unmatched timeless property speeded in history , nature and design . The installation of Bandalux O-Box system with stainless steel rod fasting system and Polyscreen 350 fabric created an airy indoor/ outdoor ambiance while beautiful natural design elements permeate the space. The integration of Bandalux systems provided a sun protection that aligns with the project’s commitment to sustainability as it has already been certified LEED Gold . 

Extension and renovation of an existing building in front of Lake Como, Italy.The building is able to manage on its own: once the construction is finished, thanks to the geothermal, solar thermal, photovoltaic, controlled ventilation and air conditioning systems, coordinated through home automation management, the building can be considered to all effects as energetically independent.

Smart 22 @ project is a building that arises from the industrial legacy of Poblenou in Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by GCA Architects inspired by the values of modernity, sustainability, and technology and that becomes the First Smart Building in Spain, with Leed Platinum V4 and Well Gold certification. It also has AAA and Wiredscore certifications.The project stands out for its sustainable characteristics and high energy efficiency. Any construction material and elements take part in this purpose. First Smart Building in Spain - 2023

The building located in the street José Abascal of Madrid has been rehabilitated recently to fit the image of Spaces ; which specializes in coworking spaces ; bringing comfort and reaching a high level of energy efficiency . The DoubleTree by Hilton (Liboa ) is based in a former iron factory from the 20th century, and for that reason, the project is like an “urban retreat”, according to its interior designer . The building is connected with its environment through its large windows, where our Z-BOX roller shades, configured with a blackout fabric offer maximum privacy to the guests .
