At Lionweld Kennedy, we pride ourselves on offering open mesh flooring that is fully compliant to both British and European Standards (35mm ball proof and 20mm ball proof), and our ability to create bespoke solutions to meet specification requirements. Our Safegrid products offer the most efficient and sustainable steel grating on the market and utility grating is produced using the least amount of steel of any comparable product where ball proofing is not required.

As a pioneer of GRP products since the mid 1980’s, Lionweld Kennedy has decades of experience providing engineered composite solutions to a wide range of applications. Our steel and composite products and services are growing from strength-to-strength servicing, amongst others, the construction, power, water, offshore and renewables industries.

Lionweld Kennedy are actively working towards a more sustainable future and minimising our impact on the environment, and we are committed to being a Carbon Net Zero organisation by 2040 (scopes 1 & 2 only). Through our Carbon Reduction Plan, we have reduced our carbon emissions by 76% annually, and have many more initiatives planned to reduce this further.

We have recently obtained the world's first Environmental Product Declaration for steel grating!
