Sika Sarnafil roofing systems are BBA Certified to have a life expectancy in excess of 40 years (subject to conditions) and will achieve A+ within the BRE Green Guide to Specification (subject to specification). All projects are required to progress through a system which provides each project with a unique number and encompassing design, specification, wind uplift and drainage calculations, monitoring the onsite installation and final inspection prior to guarantee issue. Individual departments are responsible for specific elements of the Sika Quality Management System, transferring control and responsibility as each project reaches specific risk management milestones. The UK headquarters is based in Welwyn Garden City, home to the Sika Roofing Single Ply Training Academy.
