Application

Amtico Access loose lay tiles and planks are designed to meet the complex demands of commercial projects. Access is a loose lay product which needs very little floor preparation compared to a dryback LVT. It can be installed directly on to:

  • Properly prepared concrete.
  • Existing wood subfloors.
  • Raised access flooring panels.
  • Existing resilient floors.
  • Terrazzo.
  • Ceramic (grout line should be filled).


Amtico recommend Access is fitted using Amtico Tackifier.

Description

Amtico Access is a collection that brings versatile aesthetics to practical flooring that performs. Amtico Access can be installed efficiently without permanent adhesives and specified as part of integrated schemes for demanding commercial projects. Delivering excellent acoustic benefits, the collection features 5 mm gauge planks and tiles with an ultra-strong 0.55 mm wear layer.

Warranty description

Guidance for specification option:

Amtico International (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby guarantees in the event of the Amtico Access flooring supplied to the original purchaser under this agreement, requiring replacement due to ‘Wear-out’ from normal foot traffic, within ten years from the date of purchase, the floor will be replaced free of charge. ‘Wear-out’ means the removal of the pattern and colour from the Amtico Access floor caused by the removal of the protective wear layer.
