Application

All building types where a decorative facade system is required, particularly suited to multi-storey car parks.

Description

Linear façades are a good way to add an architectural feature to a building envelope. Each blade can be positioned vertically or horizontally. There is also a range of material specifications that can be used to align to concept designs.


Fin construction:

Aluminium aerofoil fin extrusion. Blade sizes up to 500 mm can be manufactured into a cassette (subject to testing), large blades are solo. Grade and thickness dependent of project location and wind loadings. Fins installed to suitable fixing grounds by purpose designed bracketry. 


Bracket construction:

a) Laser-cut and folded brackets, designed and engineered to suit the project location, wind loadings, and tolerances. Manufactured from mild steel S275 (or similar), and fixed directly to suitable fixing grounds.

b) TRINITI curtain walling bracket, manufactured from Aluminium 6063 T6.


Fin colour/ finish:

Specific to each project – polyester powder-coated 60 µm or anodized 25 µm. 


Bracket colour/ finish:

Specific to each project – hot dip galvanized or polyester powder-coated 60 µm.
