Description

Flame retardant torch-on waterproofing system for flat roofs.


Features and benefits:

  • Manufactured with an untearable, spun bond polyester carrier, coated in polyalphaolefin (PAO) modified bitumen, combining the strength of APP with the flexibility of SBS products.
  • Resistant to UV light.
  • Life expectancy in excess of 30 years.
  • Best suited to projects where a high performance product is a key requirement.


Also available as a self-adhered warm roof system or as a self-adhered cold roof system (all specified separately).

An anti-root version, System 17000 AR can also be specified.
