Application

Use for:

Improving sound-reduction properties of floors tiles with ceramics, porcelain and vitrified tiles, mosaics, slate and certain natural stones, terrazzo in dry or wet interior and exterior environments. Contact BAL TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICE when recommending approved sound-reduction mat systems.
NOTE: Certain types of natural stone (i.e. limestone, marble, travertine and some granite) may be susceptible to water staining. In this case, use an alternative suitable BAL rapid-setting white adhesive.
Recommended for areas subjected to limited movement and vibration and as an isolating, anti-fracture underlay for ceramic tiles.

Description

Water/ frost-resistant elastomeric single-part tile adhesive for walls and floors. It can be used to fix ceramics, porcelain and fully vitrified tiles, mosaics and some natural stone and slate. It is also suitable for areas subject to limited movement and vibration and can act as an anti-fracture underlay for ceramic tiles. Exceeds the requirements for BS EN 12004 C1S2.

Primer:

Overlaid timber floor substrates should be primed with Bond SBR and tongued and grooved floorboards should be primed with Prime APD or Primer.
