Application

  • Application by brush or spray equipment to internal and external damp substrate surfaces.
  • Designed for the protection of new and existing structures such as basements, swimming pools, lift pits, concrete tanks, floors, wet areas (kitchens, bathrooms), small tiled balconies and planter boxes.

Description

A two component flexible cementitious waterproof coating system, comprised of a liquid polymer and special cement based powder component. It is able to resist both a positive (30 m) and negative (15 m) head of hydrostatic pressure and due to its flexibility is able to bridge drying shrinkage or hairline cracks.

When used in conjunction with BETEC® NSM mortars, BETEC® Flex is suitable for protection of basement grades 1, 2 and 3 as defined in BS 8102.

Features and benefits:

  • Good adhesion.
  • Water vapour permeable.
  • Crack bridging to class A3.
  • Permanent flexibility.
  • UV resistant.
  • Fast application.
  • High yield.
