A range of universal floor springs designed especially for fire and smoke check doors.
Application
Suitable for doors up to 300 kg leaf weight and for use with all common smoke detector systems, e.g. DORMA RMZ 2 (BTS 80 EMB and BTS 80 FLB only).

A range of universal floor springs designed especially for fire and smoke check doors – see CERTIFIRE Register of Approved Products for details of fire door types with which these floor springs can be used.
Features and benefits:
- Closing speed variable by valve adjustment.
- Latching action variable by valve adjustment (not BTS 80 FLB).
- Comply with requirements of Department of Health memorandum HTM 59 'Ironmongery'.
- PSA approved (MOB H3 03).
- Concealed installation.
