Compact grade laminate (CGL) panel covering, available in a bespoke range of graphic finishes in various colours, or custom designs.
Application
Can be used in high traffic areas such as:
- Changing rooms;
- Toilets;
- Schools;
- Hospitals.
Suitable for:
- Horizontal applications (without any supporting material, e.g. desks);
- Vertical applications (e.g. cubicles, wall coverings).
Both sides of the panel must be in identical atmospheric conditions to avoid deformation or dilation - consult manufacturer for further details.
Use tools similar to those for cutting wood (diamond or carbide blades). Can be screwed or glued according to the application and desired aesthetic result.

Compact grade laminate (CGL) panel covering, available in a bespoke range of graphic finishes in various colours, or custom designs, with Sanitized® grade antibacterial coating applied.
Features and benefits:

- Multi-purpose, self-supporting material.
- Provides a high level of resistance to external stress (abrasion, impacts, cracks, moisture, scratches, and heat up to 180°C). Also resistant to the damage caused by cigarette burns, chemical and household products.
- Non-porous and rot-proof, and can therefore be used in humid environments.
- Good colourfastness when placed under artificial light.
- Minimal maintenance required - easy to clean.
- Food safe (IANESCO approved).
- Silver ion-treated, antibacterial Sanitized® grade - consult manufacturer for details.
- Decorative to both sides.
- Machinable throughout the entire thickness of the panel.
- No edge treatment required.
- Can be engraved.
- Available in a wide range of decors and designs.
- Bendable if specified at under 8 mm thickness.
- Low formaldehyde emissions (E1) and Greenguard certified.
- Conforms to EN 438.

- Squareness tolerance (to EN 438-2-8): ≤1.5 mm/m.
- Flatness tolerance (to EN 438-2-9): 4 mm: ≤8 mm/m; 6–8 mm: ≤5 mm/m; 10–12.5 mm: ≤3 mm/m.
- Bending strength (to ISO 178): ≥80 MPa.
- Resistance to boiling water (to EN 438-2-12): Class 1.
- Resistance to cracking (to EN 438-2-24): Class 4.
- Abrasion resistance (to EN 438-2-10): Dependent on finish specified.
- Resistance to steam (to EN 438-2-14): Class 1–4 (dependent on finish specified).
- Dry heat resistance (to EN 438-2-16): Class 4.
- Humidity resistance (to EN 12721): Class 4.
- Stain resistance (to EN 438-2-26): Class 4–5 (dependent on finish specified).
- Colour fastness under artificial light (to EN 438-2-27): 4–5.
- Resistance to cigarette burns (to EN 438-2-30): Class 3.
- Antibacterial properties (to JIS Z 2801): >99.9% reduction.
Sanitized coating:
Antibacterial silver ions integrated into the material which are activated on contact with humidity. Suitable for wall coverings in public places where bacteria would usually rapidly develop.
Excluding Polyrey Touch Range and Metal Laminates.
