DECSEAL®

DECSEAL® is a rapid curing, liquid applied car park waterproofing and surfacing system based on Stirling Lloyd’s unique ESSELAC® advanced resin technology and extensive experience in the development of high performance car park refurbishment and protection systems. The system is comprised of a tough, waterproofing membrane and a fully compatible, durable slip resistant surface finish available in a range of decorative colours.

Cold, spray-applied membrane that handles detailing with ease, offering a lightweight and flexible yet durable and weather tolerant, protective barrier. Its unlimited overcoating time eliminates intercoat adhesion issues and allows phasing of works whilst its fast curing properties allows trafficking within one hour, enabling contract progression.
